SHIPPING

We are a small enterprise, and we work hard to make and ship your items as quickly as possible. If your item is in stock it will ship within 3-5 business days. Made to order and bespoke jewellery will ship within 2-3 weeks. We will notify you at all stages of the making about your estimate delivery date. Please Note: During online sales, holidays, or peak sales times, shipping may take a little longer. We will always do our best to keep within the shipping time window! Thank you for your patience!

All items will be sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. Shipping is free for any jewellery item, which value is superior to £200.

Your Shipping Address: Please review your address during checkout. If your order is lost or returned to us because of an incorrect address, we are unable to refund the cost of your order and the shipping. Sometimes courier and shipping services can take several weeks to return an item shipped to the wrong address and this process is out of our control. 

Do you offer international shipping ? 

Yes. We ship pretty much all around the globe where courier services are available. Please fill out the check out process for availability and shipping costs. If your item is in stock it will ship within 3-5 business. Made to Order and Bespoke jewellery will ship within 2-3 weeks. If your package is held up at customs, the duration of your delivery will take longer. International buyers are solely responsible for any and all duties or taxes.

Lost Packages

Ownership of packages is turned over to the courier service and transfers to the buyer once the package is shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, delayed, or damaged packages. You will receive a tracking number in your email when your order is shipped. If you don't receive your tracking information, please check your spam folder. Also, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Once the package leaves Francesca Stella Jewellery, the carrier is responsible for any delivery issues. If you have any shipping issues please contact the carrier to further help you. 

What if my package is lost or stolen? 

We are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen merchandise through the shipping process. However we will do our best to help in the eventuality of a lost or stolen package. So please contact us directly.


RETURNS

Thanks for shopping at Francesca Stella. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. With refunds once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

It is not possible to return earrings or bespoke jewellery under any circumstances.  

If you would like to return a damaged piece of jewellery we will offer a replacement and pay for return postage.
